Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. During high-demand periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

UK Shipping
We offer:

  • Standard (2–4 business days)
  • Express (1–2 business days)
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs may vary depending on the order total price.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to activate.

Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Plexusbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Plexus is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once your order reaches your country.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship on the estimated date stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supplier delays. If there are any significant changes to your estimated shipping date, we will notify you via email.
